General information on Returns & Cancellation

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely convinced, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt.

Our goal is to ensure that you receive the product that perfectly suits your needs. If you are dissatisfied with an item or experience any technical issues, feel free to contact our customer service at any time. We will assist you promptly and efficiently.

For international returns, please note that we unfortunately cannot offer a return shipping service outside of the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You are welcome to organize the return shipment yourself at your own expense. Once we have received the returned item in proper condition, we will promptly refund your payment.
